If you have bought from us we will have your name address phone number and email address details. If you choose to deliver to a third party (such as a friend) we will have their name and addresses. If anything you receive from Teleview Marketing is faulty or damaged we will replace it free of charge. If you find that the product is not suitable for your use then you can still return it, as long as it is in an unused and a re-saleable condition within 14 days for a full refund.
Any unopened items returned after the 14 day period will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee up until 30 days after the original date of purchase. Any opened items returned after the 14 day period will be subject to a 50% re-stocking fee up until 30 days after the original date of purchase.*
The refund will exclude postage and packing originally paid. This undertaking does not affect your statutory rights. Before returning anything, please contact our customer services department on +44 (0)116 276 5151 for a reference number. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
*Providing that no more than 3g of the hair fibre has been used of the opened item(s).
