Products will only be returnable in the instance that the packaging is still sealed. Unless there is a manufacturing fault we will not accept any returns if the product has been used. This does not effect your statutory rights.
We will exchange any items wrongly ordered via the internet or mail order. However, this will be subject to postal charges incurred by the customer.
In the unlikely event of any item of stock being unavailable or delayed, we shall contact you by e-mail to advise you of the new estimated time of delivery. If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact email@example.com and your order will be revised or fully refunded.
